‘SkyDrive can't access this file’ message in Dell notebook running windows

While I tried to work with a file in Windows SkyDrive in my Dell notebook, I came across a message like ‘SkyDrive can't access this file’. What may be the reasons for this error? How can I resolve it?

There may be several reasons for the error message ‘SkyDrive can't access this file’. Most probably the file may be open within another program. First of all, you try closing that program after saving the desired changes. Then you can try uploading the file once more to get a solution. If you are trying to access a file from a removable media, then make sure that the file is available there. Also see that the removable media is correctly connected to the system or else just unplug and plug it again. After that you can try uploading the file so that you will most probably get a solution. If then also the issue exists, there may be some restrictions on the file permission side.

Friend the file might be open in another program.
So save any changes to the file, and close the program, and then try to upload the file again.

If the file is on a removable media device, such as a CD or a USB flash drive, the file might not be available.
Make sure that the removable media device is correctly connected to the computer, and then try to upload the file again.

Only these cn be the reasons for the message being displayed.

    Steps to follow:

    >> First of all If you are running anti-virus software on your ""firewall or SMTP"" server, then check for the settings “Internet Email Auto Protect” or “Internet Email Protection.” If this setting is enabled on your device then deactivate it.

    >> Also you have to confirm that your DNS is set-up correctly on your device or not
