“Close all tabs” confirmation box is not displayed in IE

When I close Internet Close with multiple tabs open, it is not asking for confirmation of “Close all tabs” of Windows Vista System. It is closing all tabs, even if clicked cross accidentally. Please, anyone help me in solving the problem. Thank you for the solution.
