Action Center suggesting some updates on Windows Vista

Action Center shown available updates to my Windows Vista machine then I have installed those Updates, later the next day again the Action Center showing the same updates, if I click on it I was redirected to the same link with same size of updates. How do I resolve this problem, I don't want to turn off completely but I need it to show unique updates.
