Active window tend to become inactive on Windows 7 without any particular reason

The active windows for both gaming and browser on my laptop running on Windows 7 used to become inactive suddenly without any prompt. At first, I can find the screen become unresponsive. When I try to click on the windows opened on the screen, they will turn to inactive immediately after blinking as active. Is there any solution available for this problem?

Reboot your system in Safe mode and check whether the issue still persists or not. You can get into ‘Safe mode’ by selecting the appropriate option from advanced boot window. Press the F8 key while restarting to view this window. Perform a clean boot on your system if it shows the same issue in Safe mode. Log into your system using administrator account first and press the ‘Start’ button. Get into System Configuration Utility window by typing msconfig.exe into search box and pressing the ‘Enter’ key. Provide password or confirmation after that if you get a prompt message. Click on ‘General’ tab and clear the check box next to ‘Load startup items’ after clicking ‘Selective startup’ option. Press the ‘Services’ tab afterwards and select the check box reside near ‘Hide all Microsoft services’ label. Click the ‘Disable all’ option afterwards and press both ‘OK’ and ‘Restart’ buttons one after the other.

:: You need to restart your PC

:: Once PC start after restart go to the start-up option.

:: Now type the "ms config" in the search field and open it.

:: Then go to the star up service and hide all Microsoft services and then disable the all service.

:: And gain restart the PC ,it will solve the problem.
