    Follow these steps:

    this is for 32bit:

    1.Open MY COMPUTER.

    2.Navigate to c:\Windows\System32\.

3.Scroll down and open the macro-med directory .

    4.Open FLASH directory.

    5.Right-click FlashUtil9b.

    6.Select run as ADMINISTRATOR.

7.When the UAC prompt appears select continue.

    8.Follow the flash-player installation wizard.

    If it is 64 bit:

1.Navigate to c:\Windows\System32\. this steps changes to c:\Windows\System64\.

    remaining process is same.

Hello my friend...i think you should now uninstall your current adobe flash player and again download thae latest version and install it.

If still you are facing the same problem, then i suggest you to restore your system by " System Restore " to an earlier time before the upgradetion of your adobe flash player.

Another way is to go to the help menu of your adobe flash player and run an update, and then you will be able to play flash videos.
