Here is what I did; try doing the same:

    - download the FP uninstaller from http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/...player-windows. html and save it to disk

    - download the offline installers from http://helpx.adobe.com/content/help/en/flash-player/kb/installation-pr oblems-flash-player-windows.html#main-pars_header and save them to disk

    - close all browser windows, then run the downloaded uninstaller

    - delete any remaining files in
    C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash
C:\Windows\syswow64\Macromed\Flash (except mms.cfg - you can leave that)

    now run the downloaded installers

Well friend i think the flash player which you are installing is corrupt or it is having missing files.so you should reinstall the flash player.
    Steps to follow:
<>first of all uninstall the flash player which you have already installed.
<>now go to the adobe website and then download a new and latest version of that to your system and install that.
It will be installed now.thank you

Re: Adobe Flash Player not installing on Windows 7 64-bit system

    Hello friend,

I have the solution for your problem just do as i say...................

1.Adobe may be not compatible with your Windows 7 64 bit.

2.It may be compatible only with the 32 bit.

3.So you cannot install it any more in 64 bit OS.

4.So you open any of your browser and you go to the website 'CLICK HERE'.

5.From there you download the Adobe software and then install it an it will work fine.

    Have a nice day..........

To install in an operating system of 64 bit vereion, you need a similar Version of Adobe Flash Player.

Log into www.adobe.com, find latest flash player , download .

Click start--control panel--programs--adobe flash player--uninstall, and clan the system.

Now install the Adobe Flash Player latest version which will be installed and function .

    Try that.

Re: Adobe Flash Player not installing on Windows 7 64-bit system

this happens as the flash player you have downloaded is not compatible one

or may be some files of it are missing

or it is corrupted by virus

so uninstall or delete the current file

then buy a good antivirus and scan your system

then fix all the bugs and corrupted files

go to the official website of adobe

search for the compatible and latest version of flash player

    download it and install it

restart your device and its done
