Adobe updater pop ups in French version while installing Flash Player update into Windows XP

When I tried to install Flash Player update into my PC running on Windows XP, I found that Adobe updater comes up in French version. It seems that the installer recognize the update as French instead of English. What should I do to avoid this issue?

The first step required is to make a single click on ‘Start’ button and locate the ‘Settings’ option inside the start menu. Place the cursor over that option and click the ‘Control Panel’ from the menu pop up on the screen. Hit the ‘Switch to Classic View’ link on the left side bar and find out ‘Regional and Language Options’ icon. Click on that icon afterwards and press the ‘Advanced’ tab available in the ‘Regional and Language Options’ dialog box. Check whether the drop down menu under ‘Language for non-Unicode programs’ label shows ‘French’. If so, click on the arrow in that menu and select ‘English’ from the available list. After that, try to install the update again and see whether the updater shows French language.

this problem was caused by the language settings in you windows to reset that language settings you want to do like this.
First you go on the control panel after that select the " Regional and Language " after that one dialogue box will appear then there is so much tabs,
from all of that tabs you must select the ADVANCED tab then there is language options you have in that options select the " language for non Unicode program " it contain drop drown menu, IN that menu select the English language and then apply that and hit on OK.
Now the updater comes up in English version.
    ALL the Best.....
