    Hi,

Wave formation while scrolling may have its source from both software as well as hardware level.

Let me analyse things for you.

You can have issues with your monitor, the display card, or the cables attach display unit to the main board. This is an engineers job, and you need to contact service center for the solution.

Windows can have damaged Driver file for Display and unable to perform. Download a fresh Display Driver from the net and install.

Try to change the resolution of your screen (select low/high whichever but usually higher settings create problems).Click on a free space on the desktop and from the popup box select "Graphics properties", or whatever menu the computer provideds to tweak Display Settings, Click on it and set the resolution there, also try to tweak the Refresh Rate (in Hz.),

Those steps should be enough to take care of your system.

    Thanks.
