Black screen appearing with a message to Administrator while booting the system

After starting my computer, a black screen appears with this message.
    Administrator: X:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Windows\Sysytem32\cmd.exe
My PC runs in Vista. But as it didn’t allow me to reset to Factory settings, I tried to install Windows 7. The Blue screen of death started to appear during installation attempts. I tried upgrading to Windows 7 but it failed. The black screen started appearing from then on. Is it possible to fix this issue?
