It seems that, the problem lies in your device driver so Reinstall its driver after uninstalling it. For this, click on "Start" button and type "devmgmt.msc" in the search box and hit the Enter button on your keyboard. Now select the Bluetooth Peripheral device and right click on it. Now choose the "Uninstall" option and restart your computer. Once done, install driver again. You can also try to update your driver. For same, click on "Start" button. In the search box, type "devmgmt.msc" and press enter button on your keyboard. After that, select the Bluetoothe peripheral and right click on it. Now you need to choose the "Update" option.Once done, restart your computer.

have you updated your system? well if it is working well before and now if this problem persist this may be due to certain software change like corrupt driver files or incompatible driver software. sometimes updating a driver through causes driver to stop working. you need to rollback it or download the latest driver from official HP website. to rollback driver you need to go to the device manager for this just follow these steps.

Click start > type device manager in search box and hit enter > Right Click on Bluetooth Peripheral device > select Properties > Under drivers tab select rollback driver > click yes and restart your system.

    Hello friend,

I have the solution for your problem just do as i say...........

1.Firstly make sure that you have made the bluetooth turn on.

2.Then you also check all the power connections in your system.

3.If that is not your problem then the problem is with the USb drivers.

4.So you make a right click on the 'My Computer'.

5.Then click on 'Manage' and then click on 'Device Manager'.

6.There you open the properties of the 'USB drivers'.

7.And go to the driver tab and click on 'Update Driver'.

    Have a nice day..................

    Hi, Dear friend

First of all go to device manager .... and find the Bluetooth Device and right click on it

then choose Update the Driver software option ....then follow the instructions

if it nor works....then try to re-install the Drivers again and check if it helps

and again if the problem still persists...... simply go to control panel

then choose Hardware and Sound option ....

and now click on Devices and Printers option .... and after right click on Bluetooth Icon and choose Troubleshoot option

then follow the onscreen instructions .... in order to solve the Issue

    Thank You!!!!!!!!!!!
