Burning Speed decreased after reinstalling Windows 7

I had to reinstall Windows 7 for some security reasons. After this, the CD burning speed has come down. Though I have customized the speed, it is not working well. What should be done in such a situation?

    Hi,

Windows upgradation renders many installed softwares a bit dizzy, as lots of issues come into play.

There are compatibility factors come in where older programs fail to run its full potency because of Windows newer attributes and features for which older programs were not made or programmed.

The best way to tackle the situation is to uninstall the older program and reinstall some newer varient which is usually developed keeping in mind the latest features and developments of the newer Operating System.

Take a call in accordance with your requirment.

    Thanks.

    Hello Friend,

You did not mention your PC configuaration such as RAM and the maker of DVD writer.
You should upgrade your RAM first. Sometimes less RAM creates slowdown of writing.
There can be software glitch so you should try to Restore your PC to a previous state
and see wheather there is any speed increment. If you there is spped increment then the
problem is over but if you are having the same problem I would suggest you to install new
buring software such as Nero. You can install the latest version from the internet.

    Bye,

    Hi friend ,
I think this because of your low memory in the ram .
You should free your memory by removing unwanted programs from your computer and also perform disk cleanup and other efforts .
If does not help then you should increase your RAM .
You should also check your optical disk might be it is having some problem .
    Thank you !

Re: Burning Speed decreased after reinstalling Windows 7

1st of all if you use other software like Nero then your speed may increase at good rate.

But if you want to increase in internal CD burner of windows 7 then it is little ticky.

So to remove your problem , you need to restore the your system.

To restore windows 7 1st click on the start button. After that type the system restore in the search box.

Now you will open system restore and there you can restore windows 7.

    After that restart your PC.

    Hello friend,

I have the solution for your problem just do as i say................

1.Firstly try to install Nero And then use it.

2.If you have that software but the burning speed it low.

3.Then you uninstall that software and then install it again still if you have the problem then the problem is with the drivers.

4.So make a right click on the 'My Computer' and then click on 'Manage'.

5.Then go to the 'Device Manager' and then click on 'DVD drivers'.

6.And then go to the 'Driver' tab and then click on 'Update Driver'.

    Have a nice day..............

You didn't speak about your PC configuaration just like RAM in addition to the producer regarding DVD writer.
You'll want to improve your RAM first. In some cases a smaller amount RAM results in slowdown regarding writing.
There might be software problem thus you should try to Restore your PC to a previous condition
and pay attention to whether there's just about any rate increment. In the event you there's speed increment then a
problem is around yet when you are finding the same issue Provides you with you to fit completely new
buring software just like Nero. You are able to put in up to date model through the internet.
