Can I save one file as more than one file in Windows XP?

My computer runs in Windows XP. When I tried to save a file as more than one file, I had to delete the older files. Why this happens?

    hi dear friend............

If you save the file as more than one file .... cause it shows the dialogue box ( if it is in the same location or Drive only ) like below

and such situation if you click the YES then it will be replaced by the NEW file only

and if you give the another location then there is no problem in that .......

so, if you want to save the one file as more .....simply give the another location ...and save the files as you like

    Hi,

It`s sort of a puzzle as if you try to save a file twice or thrice on the desktop usually the next copies derived from the original are named same along with a copy tag.

Do run the antivirus exhaustively and clean the whole system immidietly. Possibly this will help.

    Thanks.
