    Cancelling a print job in HP desktop with windows

    How can I cancel a print job in HP desktop with windows? Can you explain how to do it?

    Follow the steps below to cancel a print job in HP desktop with windows
    • First tap on the Start button.
    • Then go to the ‘Settings’
    • Now you can see a submenu
    • Tap on ‘Printers and Faxes’
    • Double tap on the printer in which you would like to sent the print jobs
    • Then tap on the job you need to stop. Hold down the Control key for adding additional jobs.
    • Then tap on ‘Document and tap on ‘Cancel’

    just follow these steps to cancel a print job1. click start2. and then click Run3. in the open box type control printers click ok4. right click the icon for your printer click open5. to cancel individual print jobs rightclick the print job that you want to cancel and then click cancelto cancel all print jobs click cancel all documents on the printer menu.

    Hi friend ,

    To cancel a print job follow these steps

    > Look for the printer icon in task bar

    > Click on print icon

    > It will show all the commands along with active command you have given

    > Now right on the command you want to cancel

    > Click on cancel or stop option

    This is very easy to cancel the printer jobs.
    Now Follow these steps carefully

    1. Open the Device and Printer From start menu.
    2. Double click on particular printer.
    3. right Click on Particular job.
    4. And cancel it.

    Friend to cancel a print command you will have to the following things

    First click on the Start button.


    Then go to the ‘Settings’


    Now you can see a submenu


    Click on the ‘Printers and Faxes’


    Double click on the printer in which you would like to sent the print jobs


    Then click on the job you need to stop. Hold down the Control key for adding additional jobs.

    If you want to cancel a print job in your HP desktop follow these steps :

    - Firstly click on start and then click on run
    - A search will open.. Type in 'control printers' there and click ok
    - After that a new window will appear where you can see your printer
    - In this window right click on the icon of your printer and then open it by clicking
    - At last to cancel the print job right click on the job that you want to cancel and click cancel..
