Cannot boot Windows laptop properly, showing black screen and other problems

There is a problem that is reoccurring again and again in my Windows laptop. Whenever I try to boot my laptop a black screen with no cursor and sometimes an error message “a disk read error” is shown. Sometimes, a boot manager with error status: 0xc000000e9 which shuts down the system manually. How can I practically resolve this problem on my device?

From your post it is clear that the Windows Operating System that you have is infested with problems.

Best possible way to improve the situation is to Clean Install the Windows in your computer.

Freshly formatting the drive defines the tracks and sectors which is a good practice for Hard Disk health.

Anyway if you think you need to correct the existing installation, then check the following.

Black screen while booting appears mostly due to memory problem.
The computer should be disassembked, the SIMM modules should be removed from banks on the mother board.
The SIMM Banks should be cleaned, SIMM modules should be reinstalled in the banks.

Check if SIMM is having any issue and if it is found defective remove that with a good one.

Other than that, reinstall major drivers of different devices.

    This should solve the issue.

have ever dropped your computer ?

if it is under warranty take it to the service center...

if you have warranty expired then follow these steps..

    shutdown the system.
    unplug the power cable.
    wait for 2 mins.
    remove the battery.
remove all the screws to remove RAM and hard disk.
detach RAM and hard disk from the laptop.
be careful while doing this... clean the slots.

Now attach hard disk and ram properly in their respective positions..
cover the lid and fix all the screws.
attach battery and start the laptop..

that's it all the lose contacts in your system will be fixed and your system will start normally..

if you still find any problems try replacing RAM and low level formatting your hard disk..

    happy to assist you

    Hello Sir,

This is a problem with your operating system , the best way to deal with this kind of problem is flush out your operating system and to reinstall it . But be aware that when you reinstall the operating system all the data which have in the drive where your operating system was installed will be deleted.

    Thank You

    hello dear..........

Your black screen problem is related to the file IEXPLORER.EXE.This file is missing from your lap os.
Enter the os cd/dvd & copy this file to your os drive.

To solve your other problem first check the connectivity of your hard disk & other devices.
