Cannot eliminate DescriptionEvent ID: 1016 from Windows Vista

My laptop is currently running on Windows Vista Home premium. For the past few weeks, I am getting DescriptionEvent ID: 1016 on every 10 minutes. I can’t either correct or eliminate that ID. Is there any way available to remove it from my laptop?

First of all, bring up the search bar by clicking the ‘Start’ button. Enter dcomcnfg into that bar and press the ‘Enter’ key. Double-click the ‘Component Services’ in Component Services and then gave a double press on ‘Computers’ option. Right click on ‘My Computer’ and select ‘Properties’ from the available menu. Press the ‘COM Security’ tab and click the ‘Edit Default’ under ‘Activation Permissions’ area. The next step required is to click ‘Add’ option and type in the Network Service. After clicking on the ‘OK’ option, click the check boxes near Local Launch, Remote Launch, Local Activation and Remote Activation. You need to click the ‘OK’ option two times afterwards.
