Cannot find import/export buttons inside ‘Contacts’ folder on Windows 7

Since upgrading my PC from Windows Vista to Windows 7, I am not able to view either import or export buttons while opening ‘Contacts’ folder using explorer. It was possible to customize this folder under Windows Vista. How can I restore these buttons in Windows 7?

Firstly Open Windows Contacts by clicking the windows button on the left corner of the desktop, you will find a search box at the bottom, type contacts in the search box, and then press Enter. Then a window will open. Now on the toolbar you will see a button with two arrows(>>), click on it, it displays additional commands. You will now be able to view import and export options.
    hope it helps you!!
