Cannot find read e-mails on Outlook mail in Windows XP

The e-mails get disappeared from Outlook mail on my PC running on Windows XP as soon as I read them. I mark the mails as ‘Unread’ due to that for not losing them. Is there any way available to find the read e-mails?

Once you are in Outlook mail, navigate into the top part of the screen. Locate ‘View’ from the options available over there. Click on that option by the time you find it. On doing so, a menu will pop up on the screen. Scroll through that menu and find out ‘Current View’ option. Make a single click on that option. This will bring up another menu from which click the ‘Messages’ option. You can then view the read mails on the screen.

    Hi.
Follow the below two metods to resolve the issue:
    Method 1
To remove all filters, follow these steps: >In Outlook 2002, on the View menu, point to Current View, and then click Customize Current View.
    >In Outlook 2003, on the View menu, point to Arrange By, point to Current View, and then click Customize Current View.
    >In Outlook 2002, the View Summary dialog box, click Filter.
    >In Outlook 2003, in the Customize View dialog box, click Filter.
    >In the Filter dialog box, click Clear All, and then click OK two times.
All e-mail messages, both read and unread, are now visible.

    Method 2

If both the Exchange Server and Personal Folders (.pst) services are included in your profile, ensure that the default delivery location for new e-mail is set to your Exchange Server mailbox. Otherwise, e-mail will be moved from the Exchange Inbox to the Personal Folders Inbox. To do this, perform the following steps: >On the Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts.
    >Click View or change existing e-mail accounts, and then click Next.
    >Verify that the Deliver new e-mail to the following location option is set to your mailbox, and then click Finish.
    >Restart Outlook.

    Thank you.
