Cannot find start taskbar while browsing websites through PC running on Windows XP

It was possible to view the start taskbar when I access websites via my PC running on Windows XP. Since increasing the text size after going to display settings, I am not able to find the taskbar during internet browsing. How can I restore the task bar?

    Hi,

The answer to your question is simple,

Reduce the text size back to normal and Taskbar will be visible again.

On the other hand chech if the Taskbar is somehow selected as "Hide Taskbar..." then you need to unhide the Taskbar.
for that click at am empty space at the bottom of your screen and In the resulting menu uncheck "Autohide Taskbar" to get back the taskbar again.

Try a Safe Mode boot by pressing a number of time F8 key , Observe the result if you find encouraging then boot in safe mode for 3/4 times and then get bach to normal mode.

    Thanks.

    Hi.
The taskbar is usually located at the bottom of your screen. If it's not visible, there may be three reasons:The taskbar is unlocked and has been resized so that it's hard to see. or Auto-hide is turned on. If this is the case, you'll only see the taskbar when you point to it. or If you're using multiple monitors, the taskbar will only appear on one monitor.

    To resize the taskbar
    >>Point to the area where your taskbar should be. When the pointer changes into a vertical double-headed arrow, drag the border upward.

To find the taskbar if auto-hide is on
    >>Point to where you last saw the taskbar. If you can't remember where you last saw it, try pointing to the bottom of the screen first, and then to the side or top of the screen, if necessary. You might need to move the pointer almost off the screen to find the taskbar.

    To turn off auto-hide
    >>Open Taskbar and Start Menu Properties by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, and then clicking Taskbar and Start Menu. >>Clear the Auto-hide the taskbar check box, then click OK.

    Thank you.

Right click the any space on task bar then click the properties..

Open the Taskbar and Startup properties, then clear the auto-hide the task bar check..

    Then click the OK button..

no, you can restore the window not a task bar

    Hello Guest !!

either you are using your browser window in fullscreen mode.
or you have properly disconfigured your display settings.

so when you are using your browser, than press F11 or F12 key to ensy=ure that you are not running your browser in a fullscreen mode.
by pressing F11 or F12 key, your browser window will get restored to normal mode.
and your taskbar will get vivible.

if after doing this, still your taskbar is not visible than,
    > right click on task bar.
    > select properties
    > go to start menu tab
    > select option >> unhide my taskbar.

    hi,
just check that your monitor screen size is large enough.
if your screen does not show your start taskbar then your monitor size would be less.
so u must decrease the size of your font inorder to see start taskbar.
if u want the font to be large then i would advise you to change your monitor and take a newer one with big screen resolution.
    good day........
