Cannot get focused rectangle around buttons in Windows 7

In my Windows 7 System, when I put my cursor on any button, it is not showing any focused rectangle around it. It should show blue colored focused rectangle around the button on which I have mouse cursor. I need a solution.

    Solution:
STEP 1: Download this Zip File.
STEP 2: Extract the Zip file.
STEP 3: Look for “RemoveFocusRectangle.dll” file.
STEP 4: Copy this file to “C:\Windows\System32” Location in your Windows 7 System.
STEP 5: Go to “run” and type “cmd”, hit Enter.
STEP 6: It opens Command Prompt.
    STEP 7: Type “regsvr32 /u RemoveFocusRectangle.dll”, hit Enter.
STEP 8: You can see the focused rectangle round the button, your problem is solved.
