Even though my PC runs on Windows 7 it does recognize my Nokia Play 360 after establishing the connection. It can’t produce any type of sound while playing the audio or video files in that mobile. Is there any way available to restore the sound?

Go to the bottom part of the desktop where you can find the Notification icon bar. Locate the ‘Volume’ icon resides on that bar. Right click on that icon and wait until a menu appears on the screen. Choose ‘Playback devices’ option from that menu. On doing so, you can view a list of playback devices available in your PC. Find out ‘Nokia Play 360’ from that list and right click on it. Select ‘Set as default’ option and check whether you can hear the sound.
>> First of all close all running application on your PC.
>> Then go to the “Notification icon bar" option from the bottom right hand side near clock and open it.
>> Once it opens you have to select the "Volume" option from the given option.
>> Once it opens .press the right click and select the "Playback devices”.
>> Now under it you see the "Nokia play 360" option so just tap right button over it and hit the "Set as default" option.
>> This will fix your sound problem.

Go to Notification bar
Locate the volume bar .
Right click on it
Choose Play back services option
you can view the list of play back devices available in your PC .
Right click on Nokia Play 360 . Set it as Default option
save the changes and apply them .
