    Solution

STEP 1: Yes, you can open “Command Prompt” other than from “Start”.
STEP 2: Right - Click on the Taskbar.
    STEP 3: Select “Task Manager”.
STEP 4: Tap on the “File” Tab.
STEP 5: To open run, select “New Task (Run..)”.
STEP 6: To open Command Prompt, tap on “File”.
STEP 7: Hold “CTRL” Key on the Keyboard, select “New Task (Run..)”.
STEP 8: Command Prompt opens, your problem is solved.

    Hi friend,

You can command prompt other than start menu..
1.To do that Go to Start menu
2.In the search bar, enter "Command Prompt"
3.Now command prompt appears in the search list
4.Click on that "Command Prompt" to open command prompt window
5.Otherwise hold down CTRL+R to open run command
6.Run dialog box appears, enter "cmd" to open command prompt

    Thank you!!!

    Hello,
There are many ways to open command prompt, two of them are mentioned below:
    1. You can use windows+R to open Run. Then you can type cmd to open command prompt.
    2. You can also open command prompt from start menu.
Open the Start menu then goto Accessories. There you will find Command Prompt option.

    Regards...
