Cannot perform Bluetooth file transfer through Windows 7

After upgrading my PC to Windows 7, I can’t find the option for Bluetooth file transfer on it. I am not finding means to add Bluetooth devices to my PC too. But I know that my device has a Bluetooth adapter. Is there any way available to transfer files into my PC through Bluetooth?

Click on the ‘Start’ button and locate start search box from the start menu. Type btsendto_explorer.exe into that box and press the ‘OK’ button. Once you locate that file, right click on it and wait until a menu pop up on the screen. Choose ‘Shortcut’ from that menu for creating shortcut for that file on desktop. Open up a window afterwards and type C:\Users\...xyz...\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windo ws\SendTo into the address bar. When you can view the ‘SendTo’ folder, drag the shortcut created earlier into it. After that, you need to name the shortcut as Bluetooth.

2.Goto send to and select bluetooth devices
3.In the dialog box choose the device to which you want to transfer file

    Hi,

Failed attempts of transferring files using bluetooth is the result of a number of reasons.

Check the Device you wish to connect to your computer as pair for its condition.

    Connect and pair correctly.

Scan the system for virus infection.

Download the latest Driver for the bluetooth suite and Install it properly in your Windows 7.

Anyway problems will hopefully be solved.

    Thanks.
