Cannot stop running Presentationfontcache.exe program on Windows Vista

Whenever I turn on my laptop upgraded to Windows Vista, Presentationfontcache.exe program will start running on the system and uses all CPU. I am not able to stop the program even after selecting ‘Close Process’ through task manager or deleting it from Microsoft.net/ framework/ wpf. In what way can I get rid of this issue?

Bring up the start menu by making a single press on ‘Start’ button. Once you can find the start search box on start menu, type services.msc into it. This will display a list of services on the screen. Locate ‘Windows Presentation Foundation Font Cache 3.0.0.0’ from that list. Double click on that service to view ‘Properties’ dialog box. Select startuptype from that box and set it to disabled. Press the ‘Apply’ button after that and see whether it resolves the issue.

Hi, to solve this problem you must enter into the start up items and remove check mark on the related program from getting started..
    Follow these steps

    type "msconfig" without quotes
    select start up
trace out presentationfontcache program from the list
    remove the check mark.
    save and exit
