Uninstall the driver for Bluetooth from your system and install it again. You can uninstall it with the help of Device Manager. Click the ‘Start’ button on the bottom part of the desktop and type devicemgmt.msc into the search box. Press the ‘Enter’ key afterwards for opening up the Device Manager. Then, go to the left pane where you can find the node which represents the driver. You need to open that node and locate the device entry. Right click on that entry afterwards and click the ‘Uninstall’ option from the shortcut menu. This will bring up the Confirm Device Removal dialog box from which press the ‘OK’ button to activate the uninstall process. You can uninstall the driver in this way only if you have membership with Administrator group or equivalent.

To use your bluetooth again you will need to activate it by reinstalling it again.

1.goto to add/remove and find if any drivers for bluetooth is already installed
2.In case it is already installed remove it
3.Goto to the manufacturer's website of your bluetooth
4.Download the latest bluetooth drivers for your device
    5.Install the drivers
6.Now your bluetooth should work properly

    Hi,

The problem with your Windows is nothing but the Bluetooth Driver program that is either misplaced or damaged.

Click START > CONTROL PANEL > HARDWARE AND SOUND > DEVICE MANAGER here click the bluetooth and uninstall the driver. > UPDATE DRIVER from the same menu and exit.

    Reboot.

    Your problem will be solved.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

The problem with your system is that the bluetooth driver of your system is either damaged or missing while upgrading Windows.

You need to first uninstall whatever driver is installed in the Windows for bluetooth and reinstall the driver again to achieve what expected.

Log in with administrative password, Go to Device Manager and search for the bluetooth driver, select Uninstall.

Then from the same menu select Update Driver to install latest bluettoth driver and install it.

Save and exit. Reboot and you are done.

    Thanks.
