Cannot view desktop just after booting up Windows 7

Few days back, I have set up new wallpaper on my PC upgraded to Windows 7 and it was working fine. Now, my PC shows a blue screen having administrator key just after the start up. I can get into desktop only after clicking on this screen. How can I access desktop directly through my system?

Find out an empty space on the desktop and right click on it. A menu will pop up on the screen afterwards with a set of options. Navigate into the bottom part of that menu and click the ‘Personalize’ option. A window will come up on the screen afterwards. Go to the lower right corner of that window and click the ‘Screensaver’ option. This will bring up ‘Screensaver settings’ window on the screen. You can find ‘on resume, display login screen’ label on that window along with a checkbox. Click on the checkbox until a tick marks appears on it. After that, press the ‘Apply’ button visible on the ‘Screensaver settings’ window. Close the other window afterwards and restart the PC for checking the issue.
