Certain file names in Windows Explorer shows blue color on Windows XP

When I checked the files on my PC running on Windows XP, I found some of the filenames are shown in blue color. But, the properties of all files are same. How can I avoid this color difference?

Click the ‘Start’ button on the desktop and wait until the start menu pop up on the screen. Navigate through that menu and highlight the ‘Settings’ option. Click the ‘Control Panel’ from the available menu and hit the ‘Folder Options’ icon. A small window will pop up on the screen from which press the ‘View’ tab. Find out ‘Show encrypted or compressed NTFS files in colour’ label from the list pop up on the screen. Clear off the check box next to this label and press the ‘Apply’ button. This will bring back the black colour of filenames.
