The task bar of my PC running on Windows Vista changed to the side part of the screen. I need to move back to the bottom part again. How can I do that?

Re: Changing back task bar on Windows Vista to bottom part of the screen

You can place the task bar to bottom part of the screen again in two ways. In the first method, right click on the task bar and clear off the check box next the ‘Lock taskbar’ option. Then, place the cursor on the edge of the bar. Click and hold that bar to drag it to the bottom part. Once you reach the bottom part, right click on the bar again and click the check box next to ‘Lock taskbar’ option. If you choose the second method, then right click on the empty space in the desktop and choose ‘Graphics options’ option. Click on the ‘Rotation’ option and set it to 90%. After that, right click on the task bar and check the ‘Lock the task bar’ option.

    Hi,

Placing the Taskbar in four corners are allowed in Windows and can be done without hassle.

Right click on a free space on Taskbar, a menu will offer you the location of the taskbar to be seen, select "Bottom" and click to set and exit.

Also you can click on Taskbar, deselect "lock the Taskbar" to set it free to place anywhere, select taskbar and drag to the bottom and click to set it there.

    Thanks.
