Changing the monitor screen to horizontal mode on Windows Vista

The monitor screen of my PC running on Windows Vista has changed from vertical mode to horizontal mode. There is no change even after using control key combinations to correct this. Is there any other way available to change the screen orientation?

Re: Changing the monitor screen to horizontal mode on Windows Vista

You need to load the default settings of the display adapter card to resolve this issue. For that, first right click on ‘My Computer’ and select ‘Manage’ option from the available options. Click on ‘Device Manager’ option afterwards and hit the plus sign next to ‘display adapter’ option. Right click on the ‘display adapter’ and select ‘Uninstall’ option. Click on ‘Restart’ option if you get a prompt message. In the other case, you need to click the hardware changes. If you can still find the issue, then get into the advance properties of display adapter card and check whether the buttons which allows the rotation are already set to default.
