    Dear friend,

As you are using Windows 7, so it is very easy for you to change Mouse Sensitivity in this OS.

Just click on Windows button, and then type "Mouse" in the Search Bar.

After that, Mouse option will appear and now open it.

In this dialog box, you would be able to see many options like Changing icon, Pointer Speed, Double-click speed, etc.

Now, for changing sensitivity, change the Pointer Speed and click on OK button to apply setttings.

Your Mouse Sensitivity will be changed.
