Command Prompt issues in HP desktop with windows OS

I am doing my Java Console Practice in HP desktop with windows OS. I am using Command Prompt as the compiler. But the current issue is like it cannot read ASCII format and is read as ‘?????’ symbol. How to fix this issue?

    Hello my friend,

Make sure that the java file you are trying to compile has java extension.
Because java files are are unicoded using 16 bits.while text files are coded using 8 bit ASCII code.
when you write your JAVA program save it as .java file.
So that your java file can be converted in .class file which is bytecode.

    ALL THE BEST.

    Hello

I think Should have to change your path so
first you have to go my computer properties
and than change settings and than go to the
advance tap and than go to the bottom option
environmental varible option so when you click on
than open a new window so go to the system varible option
and than go the path and edit it and
than you next step is go to the your java installtion bin file and copy this URL
and than paste it to path file and save it

than check it i think its working fine than.
