hi dear friend...........to fix this issue

first see the graphic card properties .....i mean check which is installed properly or not

and for the checking.....simply press the windows key+r and type dxdiag in the run box and press ENTER key

then a window will be opened in that window choose the DISPLAY tab

and see the graphic card memory .....if it shows correctly

then go for the game settings...... like video settings, vistual effect settings

and also check the game requirements before the installation of GAME

if the requirements are more than your pc configuration like RAM, directx......etc

then there is a problem will appeared like this

    OTHER WISE

check whether the Graphic card inserted properly or not

and also check whether the Drivers of Graphic card installed properly or not

IF there is a problem in the graphic card memory then ....re-install the DRIVERS

    Hi,

To solve your problem Unmount the graphics card and re mount it first.

Install driver files those you got alongwith the card in Windows XP and run the computer,

This should do the trick if your card dont have any hardware related issues, then you have to contact the vendor for hardware defect and a change.

    Thanks.

Re: Computer freezes after installation of a new graphic card in Windows XP

First Make Sure that the Drivers are installed and updated... mostly freezing problem arises due to outdated graphic drivers...
Secondly make sure that the previous Graphic Drivers that are installed before installing AMD Graphic are uninstalled properly..
Reset the graphics setting to default by opening graphic properties.. customizing changes to graphic properties leads to freezing of some games and apps..
if all the above recommendations not work then i recommend you to install a clean copy of windows X.P again.. this will 100% solve your issue..

    Hello friend,

I have the solution for your problem it is:-

1.The drivers installed in your computer may not be compatible with the Graphic
card which you have installed. So try to update the drivers or to install the drivers
related to the Graphic card you have installed.

    Or

2.Try to check that the Graphic card you have installed has installed correctly or
    not.

3.Or the graphic card you have installed may not be supported by your system.

4.Try to set the graphic card properties. So that you may fix your problem. As the
after inserting the new graphic card the settings would be different from the previous
    one.

5.Try to check that there is no problem in the graphic card you have installed.
You can check it by inserting it to the another computer.

    Have a nice day............

    Hi Friend,

I think there is because of the Graphics Drivers need to updates.
Also may be that is not Supporting with OS and PC.

First of all check the Drivers are Supporting With our system.

So, Install the Graphics card Driver Properly into PC.
    And Update the Graphics Drivers,

if issue persist you can change the graphics card and buy compatible lower Size of graphics card,
such that our PC can support upto only 1 Gb of Graphics card.

    I hope you will understood.

    All the Best.

    Hello Friend,

Well, to sort out the graphic card issue you have to turn off your system first. Then open the cabinet and remove the graphic card from the PCI Port. Now, insert the graphic card again to the PCI Port tightly. Now, turn on your PC and install the graphic card driver to your PC and check whether you are having the same problem again or not. If the issue still continues then there is some compatibility issue with your graphic card so you have to visit your nearest computer store and talk to the technician about it. He is the best person to tell you what happend to your PC.

    Bye,
