Consistently getting an error message "Cannot create shell notification icon" in windows 7(64-bit)

I am using windows 7(64-bit) edition. It worked without any problem for last 5 or 6 month but now whenever i start it, it flashes an error message "Cannot create shell notification icon". What does it mean and what should I do to remvoe this error message and thus the error? It would be important to inform you that, I have already tried restore to previous setting but the problem is still the same.

    hii

To solve this problem of getting an error message saying "Cannot create shell notification icon" then i would like to tell you some steps to follow to remove this problem ..

The steps to be followed are given below :

    - Firstly click on start menu
    - Now open search box or run
    - Type in msconfig.exe into the search box and press enter
    - You will be prompted to either type administrator password or provide confirmation ...
    - Just enter your password there or provide the confirmation and continue
    - Then you have to click the normal startup option on the general tab and click ok
    - After doing this you will be prompted to restart your computer ..Just restart it and you are done now ...

    thanks
