Consistently getting an error message "Cannot start microsoft office outlook" in windows vista

I am not able to access my outlook emails. My computer is not allowing me to even open my Microsoft Office Outlook Account. Most of the times, it flashes an error message "Cannot start microsoft office outlook" or "Cannot open the outlook window". I have already wasted more than 2 days searching for its solution but failed. Do you have any tips or recommendations?

To Fix your problem follow these simple steps
To fix this problem first of all you need to close the Out look and reopen it
You can receive this error when the file that holds the settings for the Navigation Pane are corrupted.
If you reset the configuration file your problem will be solved
    • Go to the home screen
    • Then go to the start menu
    • select the Allprograms
    • Then select Accessories
    • Now choose Run and then tap on it
    • Now type the Outlook.exe /resetnavpaneNote command and press enter
    • Then click on OK.

    Hello Dude ...

    Firstly close the OUTLOOK

Then reopen it using the /ressetnavpane Switch

I THINK THIS PROBLEM CAUSED BECAUSE OF THE OUTLOOK COMPATIBILITY MODE

    Go to the START menu

Click on the Windows + R or else RUN option

    Then type the following command

    outlook.exe /resetnavpane

    So press ENTER

    Then RESTART THE OUTLOOK

    ALL THE VERY GOOD LUCK
