Context Menu of the Desktop in my Windows XP has “nVidia” as the option

I see that Context Menu of the Desktop has computer name as the option in my Windows XP System. I need not want this to happen. I need to remove the option. Please, I will be much thankful, if anyone helps me in solving the problem. Thank you in advance. Thank you.

Solution
STEP 1: Click Start >> Run.
STEP 2: Type “regedit”, hit Enter.
STEP 3: “Registry Editor” opens.
STEP 4: Go to the Key “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Bluetooth”.
STEP 5: Look for “NvCplDesktopContext”.
STEP 6: Delete it.
STEP 7: Restart the System, your problem is solved.
