    Context Menu does not have the option “Compress the file to rar” in Windows 7 Professional

    I have a file which is not able to mail due to it’s size. I want to compress and mail it. I selected the file and right clicked on it. I cannot find the option “Compress the file to rar”. Why it so happened? What might be the problem? please, anyone help me in solving the problem. Thank you in advance. Thank you! Please, help me!

    >>now right click on the file
    >>select
    "Add to " Your file name.rar" "
    >>it convert your file in .zip formate
    >>now you can send this file to email

    hi my dear friend...........the windows 7 don't have that option

    and if you want to compress the file to RAR ........you need to download the third party software called WIN RAR

    and to download this software visit this website www. filehippo. com

    there you look on compress and backup category ....and click on WIN RAR to download the software and install it

    now right click on the file whatever the file you want to compress ....

    then choose an option compress to Email....and select the Archive format

    then also choose the Archiving options.....depending on your choice and also choose the compression method

    now choose the volumes, size option ......and click OK button
