Copy paste issues with Samsung desktop with windows

When I copy 15 files from my hard disc to a pen drive, it is showing like I have copied 16 files. But I could see only 15 files in the destination. Likewise while deleting 15 files, it is showing 16 files are deleted. Which is this extra file? How can I check this hidden file?

You can run the following commands on your remote machine one by one.

    Taskkill.exe /im rdpclip.exe
    Rdpclip.exe

This is a temporary fix, alternately you can use an online copy paste tool, its great.

    Thanks Buddy,,,,

    Hiiiiiiii
There must be Hidden file in your desired folder you want to copy , check whether it is present or not
    In windows 7
1)open my computer and click on organize in menu bar and click on folder and search options
2)now folder option window appears and tap on view and in advanced settings click on show hidden files, folders and drives
now if the file is hidden then it will appears if it does not show any thing then may be virus is present and due to this the files size increases and copies more files etc.,
    Thank You

    dear friend,

Seems like you are trying to copy paste the hidden files.

Open any folder & go to Folder & search option from the organize menu.

Noe select the view tab & check the box beside Show hidden files & folders option.

    Click on Apply+OK.

Now try to copy files from any source to any destination.

Hope you'll not see this kind of faults further.

If it happens again then you don't have to worry about that.

Sometimes some thumbnail files (If you view as thumbnail, the system automatically generates the thumbnail view files having size 1-2 KB) copies themselves to the destination folder.

You can solve this problem by changing the view into Icon view.

If the problem persists further then its the Autorun issue.

Autorun is a hidden file & you can't see it in windows XP-you can see it only in the newer version of windows as hidden files.

Download & install any autorun remover & scan your full system & delete all the autorun found.

Hope these info will help you.

    Hello Friend..

Yes, you copy the one hidden file so it show the 16 file copy and deleted. When you try to copy the 15 file and one file is hidden, it is also copy and past..

You manually send and copy the file and a press the Ctrl+A. you copy the file one by one and paste here. so it do the 15 files copy and paste....

Show the hidden file, follow these method:-

Click Start button and then click Control Panel.

Click Appearance and Themes, and then click Folder Options.

Open the Folder Option window, go to View tab in under Hidden files and folders, click Show hidden files and folders.

    Click the Ok button..
