    Dear friend,

You have clearly explained your problem, but I think your game crashes when you click on the icon of the game to launch it.

You can try a solution to overcome this problem.....right Click on the icon of the game from where you launch the game... then select properties....proceed to the compatibility tab, under compatibility tab , click on the checkbox run this program in compatibility mode.. and try different resolutions, ytour game will work in any one mode......................

But if the problem persists, then your game is too large for your Graphics card.....you will have to purchase a new graphics card to run that game.

    Regards,

Your problem is not different . Just reinstall a new window and use a good antivirus .
And If its not window problem Then choose your game in new propertise so it will run. If it isn't . Then install a new game.

Re: Crashing issues with Lenovo notebook running windows on playing games

Dear friend if you are facing crashing problem on playing game I can give you some information about how could it be. There may be some problem with your graphics card or any type of virus . if it is a graphics problem then there are two option of graphics card for playing game. The first is ATI/AMD and second is nvidia.if you are AMD/ATI user then uninstall “Catalyst Control Center (CCC)” and try running the game again. sometimes “Catalyst Control Center “(CCC) may be the problem because it can interfere with the “Radeon” cards performance.
If you are “nvidia” user then right click on the icon in the task bar and go to “nvidia” control panel and manage the 3d setting and set ‘Threaded Optimization’ to on.
NOTE:Please make a backup or create a restore point before doing so.

Re: Crashing issues with Lenovo notebook running windows on playing games

    HELLO GUEST

These are the solution regarding your problems.
Please have a look towards these:-

    1. Though the error occurs in both games, just re-installed them both games multiple times.

    2. Please be ensure that you have installed the latest
drivers, including graphic card: NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT.
if Problem Persists then try this,

    3. Have a Windows Vista 64 Bit running, but also did a clean and fresh install of Windows 7
    Ultimate 64 Bit.
If Problem persists., then try this,

4.'cleaned' out your desktop computer from dust and took out the graphic card and placed it back in.

These are enough to do regarding the query.
    Hope this helps.

    Thanks and Enjoy
    Regards Libin
