    hi friend,

i'll help you in creating windows xp bootable USB.

    follow the steps:
    1. open command prompt
    2. type DISKPART and then press enter

in dispart you have to do this simple things:
    1. list disk
    2. select disk
    3. clean
    4. create partition memory
    5. active
    6. format fs=FAT32
    7. assign

now, you have to copy the files from windows to USB drive

now, in BIOS SETTINGS, make boot preference to removable disk and then start booting process.

these are the simple steps to do what you wanted to.............ALL THE BEST
