    dear friend,

Of course you can change the display settings in windows 7 as you're saying.

But for that, you need to download those themes (called themepack) which consists of multiple desktop background.

Windows 7 has some in-built themepack which you can also set.

Follow these steps to customize desktop themes in windows 7 ultimate-

    Right click on the desktop.

    Click on Personalize.

In Personalization window, click on the theme which you want to set.

Click on the Desktop Background option.

Check all the boxes beside all the theme wallpaper.

From the "Change Picture every" option, click on the drop-down box & select the time difference between two wallpaper.

Click on Save changes & close the window.

Now go to the desktop & see the changes.

    Dear friend,

To customise desktop screen in Windows 7 ultimate, you can use following software that will enhance the work-ability and appearance of the desktop:
Samurize: It is a freeware program. With this program you can customise the desktop completely without any experience. With this program you can set
multiple wallpapers to be displayed on desktop at predetermined time period. It also offer some utility meters such as CPU usage meter, system temperature
    meter, etc.

    Thanks!
