I have windows XP and I am happy with its performance but from last few days, Copy and Paste function is not working. However When I use cut, it works. I have tried with switch as well as mouse click i.e Ctrl + C/V and through “copy” and “paste” option which comes after right clicking on mouse button. I think there is some problem in Clipboard. Kindly guide me to solve this problem.

Your right it maybe kind of problem keyboard related.
Or maybe problem of your OS software related.
First update it . If it won't solve your problem.
Then install new version of window OS.
Then use it again. And it is hardware problem then check your hardware.

The main reason may be due to OS
the OS may be damaged......
install new OS if still problem persist then change keyboard
The temporary solution if you don't want to change OS is install "Tera copy" software

See, I would have said that the problem lies with your keyboard. But that is impossible in your case because the mouse is also not working and also you say that cut is working. But did you check with on-screen keyboard. This option is given in the Windows operating System itself. If you go to Accessories, then you get Accessibility option and from there you get on-screen keyboard. When you get into in, you can try Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V Key to check if there is really any problem with your keyboard or not.
Also when all these does not work, then you need to install your Office again in a fresh manner. You must be having the Microsoft Office CD with you. If you do not have do ask your vendor and tell him to re-install it for you. After this all the options should work.

first click on the start menu and open the internet explorer
then press alt+t from the keyboard ...then there is a pop will be appeared at the top of window
in that pop up choose the internet options
or
directly press windows key + r and type in that inetcpl.cpl and press ENTER
then in that window choose the security tab
then click on the custom level
and there you scroll down and find this option Drag and drop or copy and paste files
then select the enable option .......and click ok button..........then your problem is resolved...............ALL THE BEST
