Date and Time changes automatically in Windows 8 even If I set

Recently I am facing problem with time and date on my system where it changes automatically. I installed windows 8 on my PC and I am very happy about the operating system. The problem is that I have seen the Date and time running slower so I changed it and kept the right time. Then after two days, it started to run slower again. I want to know the problem behind this. Is the operating system will be the problem for it if so then give the solution for it and also tell how this happens !!!

The operating system is not at all a problem for this issue. You need to check the timezone and internet time on your system. Right-click on the time and select adjust date/time. Now the Time and date properties dialog box will appears. Click on the time zone and adjust it to the correct zone and also make changes in internet zone too. Once you done. Click on Apply and then OK. If the problem stays then it is with your motherboard battery. Open the CPU cabinet and see the Motherboard where you can see a small battery on it. You have to change that with the new one. So note the serial number on the battery and buy the new one and insert it in the same place.

    Hello friend...

I think this problem come out from the motherboard battery you need change the motherboard battery and after re set the Date and Time setting...

When Motherboard Battery is low it does not give the right Time you replace the battery and set the new battery in this place...

    Dear

If you want to set you time correctly in windows 8 ..
First of all make sure you are sync'ing your clock to an internet server.
If you aren't then operating system will sync to the hardware clock.
If your battery is faulty your hardware clock will lose time and your operating system will sync to incorrect time.

    hope you like that information..
    Thank you...

hi my dear friend..........the Reason behind the issue ...is CMOS battery

The computer mother board contains the internal Real time clock

and this clock works with .....the CMOS battery only

If the CMOS battery Expires ....then there is a problem in the Clock

and Which results the time changes or not updating .......problmes

so , to fix this Issue .....you need to replace the CMOS battery with the new CMOS

and there are many of batteries available in the market ....then buy good one and Replace it

then your problem will be resolved......................ALL THE BEST

    Hi Friend,

There is because of our CMOS battery is outdated/damaged.

So, first you can Change the CMOS battery and try to check data and times.

Also may be happen due to region problem.
To check the region and change it
    Go to Control panel
    Open Region and Language.
Go to location tab and change the location to our,
    Restart PC.

if issue persist you have to finally need a new CMOS battery and put into motherboard.

    I hope you can understood.

    All the Best.

    Hello friend,

I have the solution for your problem just do as i say.............................

1.I don't think so it is the problem of the OS in your system.

2.To run the Time and Date even after system shut Down there will be a battery inside your system.

3.That battery is know as CMOS battery and it will be like a long watch battery.

4.When the battery stops works the time will run only when you turn on your system.

5.So now you have to replace it with new one to solve this problem do not worry it do not cost that much.

That's it by doing as i said you can solve your problem.

    Have a nice day...........................
