They are right. There is a search index problem. Actually, indexing service takes sometime before updating its records. To fix this issue, you will have to rebuild the search index. To do the same, follow the below given steps:
    1. Click on "Start" button, type "Indexing Options" in the search box and hit the Enter button on your keyboard.
    2. Indexing Option window will appear before you. Click on "Advanced" tab there.
    3. When the User Account Control prompt appears, click on "Continue".
    4. You need to Rebuild the search index so click on "Rebuild" button.
    5. Be patient because rebuilding of index can sometime takes a long time. Actually, it depends upon the number of files present on your computer.
    6. Click on "Ok" when you see "This operation will completely re-build the indexed locations on your computer and might resolve problems if your search results often appear to be out of date. This operation might
    7. take a long time."
