Dell Inspiron 1525 with windows vista hangs most of the times

I am using Dell Inspiron 1525 where windows vista is installed. It freezes when i left it free for 30 minutes. Last night,i was working on an extremely important project but it spoiled everything by freezing. I am also using a registry and junk cleaner but not able to fix this issue. However when i boot my computer in safe mode,i never face any such issue. What should i do?

You should try to perform a clean boot because it fix issues related to software conflicts. The steps for the same are given below:
    1. Click on "Start" button and type "msconfig" in the search box and hit enter button on keyboard. It can ask for Administrator password so don't hesitate to provide the same. Now a different windows will appear before you.
    2. Click on "General Tab" and then on "Selective Startup". Now uncheck the "Load Startup Items" check box.
    3. After that click on "Services" tab and check the check box which has the option "Hide All Microsoft Services". Once checked that option, click on "Disable All" button and click on "Ok" button. After completing all the above mentioned steps, restart your computer to reflect these changes.
    4. Once done, don't forget to bring your computer back to the normal Mode.
