Your system will recognize once you will let the appropriate driver for the mouse installed in the system.

It is a bluetooth mouse, it must have a companion disk alongwith.

Insert the disk into optical drive and click its installer program,

In a short while the driver will be installed into windows device manager and reboot the system to bring the change in the system.

If the bluetooth driver for mouse is not available log into www.logitech.com, search for bluetooth driver for your mouse model which is compatible with Windows 7 , download , install.

This will help windows to recognize the logitech mouse and you will be able to access the mouse.

first of all install the driver of bluetooth mouse

for this insert the companion disk

    then click on install option

and reboot or restart your system

if the disk is not along with you, you can download the driver from net

    Hello friend,

I have the solution for your problem just do as i say...........

1.Make sure that you have turned on the Bluetooth.

    2. Then you check that there is no problem in the mouse.

3.If that is also not your problem then the problem is with the drivers.

4.So you make a right click on the 'My Computer' and click on 'Manage'.

5.Then click on the option 'Device Manager' and there you click on the option 'Bluetooth'.

6.Go to the 'Drivers' tab and click on 'Update Drivers'.

I hope by doing as i said you can solve your problem.

    Have a nice day........

    Dear Friend,

    First turn on the bluetooth.

Then check the mouse is working properly.

if it will not solve then the problem will be in the driver.

    then Re-install the Driver.

or you can update the driver.

    Then Restart your PC .

    then it will fine...

    Thank You!!!!!!
