You should first login into your PC in Safe mode and check whether the issue persist on your laptop. You can enter into Safe mode by performing the following steps consecutively.
    • Restart your PC and wait till the BIOS information appears
    • Press ‘F8’ key
    • Select ‘Safe Mode’ option using DOWN ARROW key
    • Press ‘Enter’ key
    • Select PC using UP ARROW and DOWN ARROW key
    • Press ‘Enter’ key
If you find the issue still persist on your PC, then you should unplug the mouse and reinstall the touchpad drivers. For that, you should first select start search box and type devmgmt.msc on it. After that, you should press the ‘Enter’ key to view the ‘Device Manager’ option. You should then expand the mouse and other pointing devices under that option by clicking on ‘+’ sign near to them. Then, you should right click on them to view the ‘Uninstall’ option. You should then uninstall all the touchpad drivers by clicking on that option. After that, you should restart your PC so that the default drivers will install automatically on it. If the issue does not get resolved after doing these steps, then you should download latest touchpad drivers from acer website and install it on your PC.

    dear friend,

you may login to your computer in safe mode to avoid this problem.

check all the drivers are installed correctly.

check that desktops items are valid or not using the keyboard- i.e have you uninstalled that programs or not.

install the touchpad driver once by uninstalling it once.

check your touchpad driver is latest or not-if it is not then download the latest driver soft from Acer official website.

if you face further problem the you must contact to the shop from where you've bought the laptop.

To solve this problem you want to know about your problem perfectly.

After that run your system in safe mode if still that problem continued then you want to check out your system for viruses to know about that scan your system with suitable anti-virus.

also due to the virus attacks this problem will come out.

still it can't run properly the format your windows drive and the install OS again.

    ALL THE BEST>!
