    Diagnostic service policy in Windows 7

    My laptop runs in Windows 7. When I try to connect to any website, the page is not opening and a dialog box appears with message, “Cannot start diagnostic service policy”. How to get rid of this issue?

    Hello friend....

    Try uninstalling and reinstalling the network device and check if the issue gets fixed.

    ->Go to device manager by clicking on start button and typing devmgmt.msc and hit enter.

    ->Uninstall the network devices including the network card.

    ->Restart the computer and it will automatically install the network card and the generic driver for it.

    -> Try checking for issue.

    If this doesn't fix the problem:

    Then the permissions were incorrect for:
    HKLM\System\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\WDI\C onfig

    In the advanced permission view add full control for:
    Local service,NT service\DPS and NT service\MpsSvc.

    Hope this may help you...
