To check the status, I moved the cursor to there to the right bottom of the screen which is marked as cross in red color. At the time I touched that I found, it shown that the Windows Security Center Service not working. I tried about n number of times to set enable but I met only failure. I also want to tell that Me sidebar is not working. I need a solution for these problems. Kindly give me a proper explanation regarding this.

This problem will probably shows you an error code. There are two ways to solve this kind of problem. The First method is: Go to Start and click on it then type services.msc on the start search and press Enter. Check for Security Center and Double-click on it once you found. In the startup type list, select Automatic. Click start to start the service. Finally click Apply and then hit OK. The other method is checking for virus. This problem may also be caused by virus infection. The name of the virus is Vundo Trojan that affects the Windows Security Center. So do a full scan with the help of updated Anti-virus which is on your system and clear the virus that are found.
