    dear friend,

User account control is actually a very effective tool in windows which can prevent unauthorized actions in your computer.

If you turn it OFF then, you can't check each program before executing it - all the programs will be executed without your permission.

Follow the guidelines to disable User Account Control in windows 7 ultimate and windows 7 professional-

    1. Click on the Start button.
    2. Go to Control Panel.
    3. Click on "User Accounts and Family Safety" option followed by "User Account" option.
    4. Select "Turn User Account Control on or off" option.
    5. Turn it OFF.
    6. You have to provide administrator password if you are prompted.
By this way you can disable the UAC.
