Displaying unused drives available on Windows 7

As there was no enough memory to install a game into my PC upgraded to Windows 7, I searched for unused drives. It seems that these drives are hidden on my system. How can I show them up?

Click the ‘Start’ button on the bottom part and locate the search box. Type windows explorer into that box and wait until the ‘Windows Explorer’ option is displayed under the search results. Open the Windows Explorer by clicking on this option. You can also open it by highlighting the option and pressing the ‘Enter’ key. The next step required is to click on the ‘Tools’ option. If you are not able to find the toolbar, press the Alt key to view it. Click on both ‘Folder Options’ and ‘View’ options one after the other. Locate the ‘hide empty drives’ label afterwards and clear off the check box next to it by clicking on it. Finally, click on the ‘Apply’ option and hit the ‘OK’ button. This will unhide the unused drives on your system.
