    Enabling touch screen in Windows 8

    I have been using Acer touch screen monitor. After upgrading to Windows 8 there are options to operate the system by the means of touch screen. What should be done to enable touch screen monitor?

    Hi.
    Follow the below steps:
    a. Press Winkey + Q.
    b. Type Control Panel.
    c. Go to Hardware and Sound.
    d. Click onPen and touch.
    e. Click the touch tab.
    f. Enable use your finger as an input.

    Hi dear friend..........to enable the touch screen........in windows 8 follow the given

    first of all press windows key+r combination from the keyboard

    then type in the run as control and press ENTER key

    now click on Hard ware and sound

    Second Method To Enable Touch Screen in Windows 8Step 1: Use the Power button to shut down the tablet first.Step 2: Now start the tablet again by using the same power button.Step 3: Boot into Windows 8 operating system.When you are done with this procedure, your touch screen will be activated again.

    Hi friend,

    The following is the procedure for solving the problem of enabling touch screen in Windows 8.

    At first you have to press the winkey+Q combination by using the keyboard.

    Then tap on to the control panel option.

    Now press the 'hardware and sound' option.

    There the option of 'pen and touch' is to be tapped.

    After that press the touch option.

    Then the screen shows you the box which consists of 'use your finger as an input device' and now you can tap it.

    To enabled touch screen in Windows 8 system you can try these steps..

    ===>Go to control panel from start screen of windows 8 system.
    ===>Under the control panel window click on Hardware and sound.
    ===>After clicking you will get the Hardware and sound dialog box.
    ===>Under that dialog box click on Pen and Touch tab.
    ===>Now click on Touch tab.
    ===>After that use your finger as a input and verify touch screen.

    Hi friend,

    following is the procedure to enable the touch screen in windows8

    1.on your keyboard press win+q and inside search field press control panel

    2.inside left panel launch the control panel option

    3.when control panel opens up click on hardware and sound

    4.now click on pen and touch option

    5.click on touch tab

    6.now select a check box infront of use your finder as an input device

    7.click on the ok tab

    here is the information how to enable your touch option in windows 8

    so simple

    Hi friend,

    There are two steps to enable your Touch screen in windows 8:-

    STEP 1:-

    1. Connect to an external keyboard or mouse to your tablet via USB port.

    2. Then after go to Control Panel.

    3. Then in that click on Hardware and Sound.

    4. Then after click on PEN and TOUCH.

    5. After that Check the box you unchecked in the pen and touch.

    6. In that click on Use Your Finger as an Input Device option.

    7. Hit APPLY and the touch display will be enabled again.

    STEP 2:-

    1. Use the power button to Shut Down the tablet first.

    2. Now start the tablet again by using the same power button.

    3. Boot into windows 8 operating system.

    4. When you are done with this procedure, your touch screen will be activated again.
